System Overview
The FS PORTAL 73i is a premium thermally insulated fold-and-slide aluminum door system designed for creating wide, expansive openings between indoor living spaces and outdoor terraces. Featuring a 73mm frame and sash depth, the system allows multi-panel sashes to fold neatly and slide smoothly to one or both sides, creating open passages up to six meters wide. Sashes support heights up to 3000mm, widths up to 900mm, and weights up to 80kg. Featuring polyamide thermal breaks that achieve a thermal resistance rating of R0 = 0.99 m²°C/W, it delivers outstanding energy efficiency and weather protection across temperatures from -45°C to +50°C. Key advantages include space-saving folding, whisper-quiet operation, and superior structural wind resistance.
